I am not 100% sure on this but I think it's Fred Taylor and he got arrested in Miami for disorderly conduct.

You guys are both wrong! Neither Taylor nor Cooper were technically arrested. Plus I think Taylor's incident was much later than Johnson's. The question is still open!
