I don't even think Miami fans will vote for the Orange Bowl. It has no atmosphere whatsoever. If the teams not in the top 15, or they're playing a smaller team they have a hard time getting it more than half full. Did you see that BC game this year? that was ridiculous. I don't even think it was half full.

The Orange Bowl is a dump, and Miami fans are awful. They can't even bring 30,000 to a home game.
