What is the story (if any) behind Noah and when he waves his fingers after a big time play or foul? It's kind of like he's saying 'shame shame shame'.

Doesn't he only do it after making a basket while being fouled? I thought it was kind of an "and 1" type thing. Letting everybody know the basket counts, and 1 baby.

yeah its after every foul and big time basket
like if he gets poked on something lame like a little jumper then he just takes it but if hes goin for a monster dunk and gets a blocking foul while then he does it in what i think means and 1
