Honestly don't know who should win the Heisman.

Tebow! Like the '07 season, the Gator offense entirely depends on him. With the exception of (4?) fumbles, he has good stats, and he still shows great leadership and poise.

Clausen puts up good numbers, but they aren't exactly Heisman-worthy. Suh is a latecomer in the race, so I will reserve judgement until I see more of him. McCoy, as we can already see, has not kept himself in the race.

Unpopular Opinion here, but if Tebow can't win it - I would love to see Jimmy Clausen win it. But, that's just the Irish fan in me coming out.

Ain't that the truth! The numbers aren't there, but the dependence still is. In '07, Tebow carried the team on his shoulders, but he had Harvin to help out. This year, he is again carrying the team, but no one has really stepped up on either side of the ball to help out. When you look at Heisman winners, you often look at players that represent the spirit of the team. In '07 that was Tebow. In '08, Harvin had a good year and Tebow was not the "entire offense." Here we are in '07, and Tebow again characterizes the entire offense, possibly the entire team, which is also Heisman-worthy.

I fail to see how this Nebraska guy characterizes the whole team, much less the tenets of the Heisman trophy if no one really knows who he is.

Ingram does fit the bill as well, and I could see his stock go up as Bama continues to roll over the SEC.

I rather Colt McCoy get it than Clausen. McCoy faces tougher competition than Clausen.

I like McCoy better than Clausen as well, but then again, I am biased because I am tired of Notre Dame's golden halo in the media, even when they are not winning. McCoy will need to clean up his stats in order to regain ground on Clausen on the Heisman. Personally, I would rather see McCoy get it if Tebow does not.

Suh's projected numbers show he is trailing his '08 numbers so far. I don't see how he is gaining popular votes. Ingram leads the "expert" polls, for what it's worth.
