WOW...simply wow.

Tim Sullivan has been known as a joke of a sportswriter with bias to the east coast for years now.

Well written, but it is nothing but personal opinion.

There is not facts he has about how Florida is faster on defense.

Good luck.

SEC football is fast. Nothing against the Big 12 and your high scoring offensives but this there a fast defense in the Big 12? Though OU's D did stop Mizzo and their powerful offense.

LOL.
Well the Big 12 is not a slow conference. You must be mistaken us for the Big 10 and ACC.

Ever stop to think that the offenses in the Big 12 are just as fast as the defenses and are more modernized than what the SEC have?

The Big 12 has been more pass oriented, but they are also more balanced then the SEC. The SEC and their offenses are trying to run spread offenses with more emphasis on running the option. Well the Big 12 has been doing that for a few years now and the offenses are now evolving once again.

I do not think the SEC is slow by any means, but I do not think they are any faster than what the Big 12 has either.
