Congratulations to Florida Gators senior center Jake Slaughter on being named Second Team All-American by the Associated Press, Walter Camp Foundation, USA TODAY, and The Athletic in 2025! This follows his 2024 season where he was named 1st Team All-American.

The 6'5", 303-pound native of Sparr, Florida, anchored the Gators' offensive line with remarkable consistency and leadership. Starting all 12 games in his final season, Slaughter logged 748 snaps and allowed just one sack, one quarterback hit, and two hurries across 422 pass-blocking opportunities. His elite performance earned him Pro Football Focus grades ranking among the nation's top centers: an overall offense grade of 78.9 (top 5-8 nationally), a pass-block grade of 87.1 (SEC-best), and strong run-blocking marks.

A Rimington Trophy finalist (awarded to the nation's top center), First Team All-SEC selection, and repeat All-American (following First Team honors in 2024), and two-time First Team All-SEC, Slaughter's intelligence, technique, and teammate-first mentality made him one of the most accomplished interior linemen in recent Gators history. His return for a senior season inspired stability on the line and sets him up for a promising NFL future, including an invitation to the Senior Bowl.

Thank you, Jake, for your dedication, leadership, and excellence in Orange and Blue—Gator Nation is proud!
