Was watching the re-run of the game on Sun Sports this morning that was supposedly meant to have Lame Kitten singing Rocky Top all night long after he beat Florida, but it didn't turn out that way.
Florida won 23-13, but many of the media pundits and some nincompoop fans amongst us were calling this a "moral victory" for Kiffykins. Call this game a "moral victory" for that weasel and you might as well tell me that the pope isn't Catholic. Once again, Urban Meyer got the last laugh.
Once the Gators were warmed up late in the 1st quarter, they were pretty much in control the whole game. Had Timmy not fumbled the ball near the end zone late in the 4th and we could have avoided some other mistakes and miscues, we could have run it up on them. Still there were some great plays made, especially on the ground - and we saw some solid defense which in the end won it for us.
Thank God we don't have to deal with that bozo, as Matt Patchan labeled him, anymore - perhaps this season we'll see some semblance of civility in the SEC.
