"Former Florida Gator Maurkice Pouncey on Wednesday denied he took money from a sports agent’s representative while still at UF.
“I did not accept $100,000, it is an absolutely ridiculous claim,” Maurkice Pouncey said in a statement sent exclusively to The Gainesville Sun on Wednesday morning through Pouncey's Gainesville attorney.
“I have completely cooperated with the investigation and answered any and all questions put to me.”
