Ten years ago this week.
Not that anyone who follows college football can be unaware of this "anniversary" by midweek, with the various sports channels noting it, replaying The Postgame Speech that became KNOWN as...well, we got it on a bronze plack outside the stadium, for goodness sake...
Not that ANY of that is anything but good, from a Gator POV. Even if THIS turns out to be the most widely noted thing concerning the Gator team and program this season, that would be fine: Not an indicator of a great season, in retrospect looking back after it's over--but our legacy, indelible, embodying pride and everything we've been, and CAN BE ONCE MORE.
I'm posting this as a thread, on its own BECAUSE it is worth noting, DESERVES its attention. Normally best, from my P.O.V. to look ahead, but TT, that moment in time, and all that ensued in its aftermath is important to us. Who we are is PART of getting to where we want to be.
Now lets go out there and EAT 'EM UP!!!
