Harvey was part of a 17-player trimmed list for the 2007 Lott Trophy, presented by The Pacific Club IMPACT Foundation of Newport Beach, Calif. Semifinalists will be announced Nov. 12 and the winner will be decided Dec. 9 at an awards banquet. Harvey has 6.5 sacks on the year to lead the Gators and has 29 total tackles.

Harvey is an awesome player. Always plays tough and is always consistent. He probably won't win, but he deserved the nomination.
