ESPN’s College GameDay will be on the LSU campus Oct. 5 and 6 for the matchup between top-ranked LSU (No. 1 in the AP poll, No. 2 in both the Harris and Coaches polls) and seventh-ranked Florida. GameDay will air from the Parade Grounds in the center of campus beginning on Friday.
Earlier this year, ESPN’s College GameDay was on site when the Tigers posted a 48-7 win over ninth-ranked Virginia Tech in Tiger Stadium. It's the sixth trip to LSU for the GameDay program.
LSU and Florida square off at 7:28 p.m. on Saturday in a nationally televised game. It will be LSU’s first prime time regular season game on a non-cable, broadcast network since 1981.
GameDay is hosted by Chris Fowler with analysis from Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard.
