I read that as well, but other people are saying he may wait until the 31st to announce. However, most of the reports are positive for UF on Dunlap.

Has anybody heard officially whether or not Dunlap will announce tonight?

The Florida Times Union and the USC Insider are reporting he will make his decision tonight at 5:00 pm.
“I got word from him on his way back from Florida that he is beat beyond recognition, and he wants to get this over," said Dunlap Sr. "He’s going to do it first thing tomorrow afternoon at 5 o’clock at Fort Dorchester High School.”
His dad is a gamecock, and that may weigh in a lot on his decision, but let's hope for the best!

Interesting. Well, I will definitely be waiting to see who he picks. Seems like a lot of Gator insiders feel like he may be announcing for us. Guess we will just have to wait and see.

All signs at this point are pointing towards Dunlap announcing for Florida tonight. If so, this a HUGE pickup for Florida. He is a 5-star DE from South Carolina and many thought Spurrier would make him one of his biggest pickups from this class. This kid would definitely help add depth to our defensive front 7 for next year. He's 6'6 (and supposedly could be taller than that since last measurement) 240lbs and runs a 4.7. He's the number DE in the nation on Scout and the number one weakside DE on rivals.

Great pickup. He is 6'7" 250lbs runs a 4.6 40. Welcome to gator nation Carlos. Kid has sick athleticism. Returned a kickoff 96 yards for a touchdown this year.

Yeah, you have to love seeing somebody with that kind of athleticism and size playing on the D-line. He should be wreaking some havoc for opposing offense while playing in the Orange and Blue
