#37 Teako Deorrie Brown of Carol City, Florida played defensive back for Steve Spurrier's Gators from 1995-1998. In 36 games he made 14 interceptions, which is still #2 in Gator history (tied with Will White '89-'92 and behind #24 Fred Weary '94-'97). In 1996, he led the SEC in pick-6s. Teako is currently married to former Gator basketball letterman, Misty Knight, where they are raising a daughter in Atlanta, Georgia.

Not-So-Pleasant-Trivia: Teako was part of the Gators' credit card fraud scandal of 1995 along with WR Reidel Anthony, RB Fred Taylor, and WR Jamie Richardson. The charges totaled under $100 in charges for Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Hungry Howie's pizza, which was made possible when the players discovered a discarded credit card receipt with the credit card number still visible.

I must have completely forgotten about the Gator credit card scandal of 1995 thanks to its sequel in 2017.
