I guess this 7-point lead is considered "solid" in Billy's book: He's back to cloud-of-dust/dink'n'dunk offense.
And thus is why it just isn't the best way to go in the college game: Too many plays mean eventual mistakes.

We cannot establish ourselves against a team like THIS. THIS IS ONE ANEMIC OFFENSE!

I can't watch much longer. To HELL with this "NO FUN AND RUN" offense our Coach has burdened us with. I'm sorry--THIS has got to change:
It is UNACCEPTABLE at UF, IMHO.
I don't care HOW good the defense gets.

We damn well better get and take advantage of field position here.
Only trouble is, even if we WIN this way it' only mean we LOSE the same way the rest of the season.
THEIR Aussie is even better than OUR Aussie.
And in BOTH cases are among the only consistent bright spots on each team.

So we get a few points--AND we get the ball back to start things after the break. So in a game that's being watched by very few outside the hometowns of each team, it LOOKS like we are winning fairly easily to those who see only the score...
But WE know different.

Did you see the stands? Nothing LIKE a sellout for Homecoming...and the only real rise out of 'em was the loud "disatisfaction" with some of the calls on offense along the way.
Looks like we WILL likely win this game--but I will stick with my sad suspicion that it will be our last in 2023--and possibly BILLY'S last in our Conference.

Like I said, without those "dumb mistakes" WE are losing in this one...and like YOU said, Florida so far "the loser with more points".
For we are SURELY "losers".
If the rest of the season goes as I anticipate, things will have gotten VERY UGLY IN THE SWAMP by halftime vs FSU.
