when do spring practices start?

Starts in late March/early April doesn't it? I know the Orange and Blue game is always near the end of the semester.

Are any of Spring practices open to the public? I know they have a week of open practices around the start of the fall semester as I went to many of these, but I've never been around for Spring practices so I wasn't sure if they did the same thing for Spring.
