Personally, my CFB horizons have been severely reduced at this point: I will likely only sparingly follow this weekend's game early on--less so as it continues, I suspect.
Unless things go differently than expected to a startling degree, this will probably become my go-to process the next few Saturdays.
It's become somewhat a schizoid existence--torn between all the hopes we cling to regarding recruiting and the hoped-for moves on the part of our Coach to "FIX" things post-season, on the one hand, while at the same time the absolute plunging sense of ANY "hope" to be found in the ongoing evidence of what we are seeing at present right before our eyes each gameday, on the other.
It is tearing me up inside, and I HATE it.
