I think he sohuld. He's a weapon this year.

I think he will, too. It appears he is a good shooter, scorer, rebounder, defender, and assist guy. Not to mention he has a high basketball IQ. And then throw in the fact he will get a lot of playing time and start from day one. He should have a great opportunity to win it with ease.:bananajump:

Patrick Patterson is selfish:

After the game, Patterson wasn't bashful about agreeing with Gillispie's assessment that he needed more touches.

"At times I felt that way," he said. "Towards the end (my) teammates were trying to get themselves shots, a little selfishness on the team, but it's all good. I was 6 for 6, but towards the end I kind of felt like they went away from me.
"

calathes should win due to playing time, probably the most out of any freshman in the SEC plus he's just an awesome versatile player. . .

I agree. He is just like having another Jason Kidd out there, even if he doesn't score as much in a certain game he does so much other stuff that he still has a good game.:Banana:
