How will the new kickoff yardline affect the games?

Now that kickoffs are taking place at the 30 instead of the 35.. how do you think it will affect the games? Higher scoring? Lower scoring? No changes?

In the short term I think we will see more long returns. Over time Kickers will adjust. It seems like thats the way it goes with most rule changes.

Field position is very important in college football. Offenses will now start on like the 35 yard line. This could lead to more scoring because there is less field to work with.

the better field advantage mixed with going back to the old clock settings = much much much more scoring

but i think ur right Gregg, in a few years kickers will have adjusted and this change will just be a thing of the past
