It wasn't just losing that gripped my groin; like I said as it happened, it was the HOW and WHEN, the timing and PROCESS of it all: The WAY we lost...

Missed this at the time--was busy with our OWN miseries, I guess, but your point is well-taken.
And while we're on the subject of being thankful we are NOT self-delusional, WAY over-rated and overDUE for a very public "reality check", what about those fumbling bumblers from cross-state? And there are are more and more "expert commentators" who week by week now continue to jump on their "We're BACK!" Bandwagon, too...
