#78 Idrees Kenyatta Walker came to Gainesville from Meridian, Mississippi as a high school USA All-American and was a solid presence on Steve Spurrier’s offensive line from 1998-2000. Kenyatta earned a number of prestigious distinctions in 2000, including 2nd-team All-American, 1st-team All-SEC, and the SEC Jacobs Blocking Trophy. He was the 14th pick of the 2001 NFL Draft for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where as a rookie he moved from left tackle to right tackle and became a key component of the team that won Super Bowl XXXVII. Kenyatta played for the Buccaneers until 2006, returned to the University of Florida, and finished his bachelor's degree in sociology in 2007.
