53 – Charlie Horse Williams
Charlie “Horse” Williams, who totaled 409 tackles during his career from 1974-1977, actually played with the other 3 Gators to also go over 400. Charlie made second team All-SEC in 1977. His 409 career tackles rank fourth all-time in UF history. He was drafted in the 11th round by the New England Patriots, primarily for his special teams prowess.
