SEC doesn't get any respect?

Billy D was talking about the SEC being the toughest conference in college hoops. This is what he had to say

The league is “by far” the best, he said. “And it clearly does not get enough respect.”

“These are teams that have really closed the gap from the teams that are supposed to be ranked and upper echelon,” Donovan said.

What's your take on Billy D's observation? Is the SEC the best bball conference?

I've always thought that ACC basketball was the toughest. Duke, NC, Maryland, GaTech, but maybe theyre just bigger names than anything else.

Yeah I agree, I think the ACC has a tougher conference than the SEC.

The SEC is down this year, that's for sure.. but when you have Florida, Kentucky, Miss State, Georgia, Auburn kicking on full cylinders It's one of the toughest conferences out there.
