Returning Gators: Jarrad Davis & Marcus Maye

Seniors Jarrad Davis and Marcus Maye have elected to forego the 2016 NFL Draft and return for their senior year! What does this do for depth on the roster?

Linebacker: Morrison was the heart and soul of the defense, and, at times, of the entire team. Jarrad Davis will have big shoes to fill. Anzalone and Rolin will have to stay injury free and step up.

Safety: The loss of Neal stings a bit, because he could have used the extra time to develop. His measureables should help him land a mid to low NFL Draft pick, unless he really shows up well in the Combine and climbs into the 2nd round. Maye definitely needed the time to develop, to defend without getting flagged for pass interference. Dawson and Washington will be solid in the rotation.
