Florida Gator signee, Ray Shipman, has been named Mr. Basketball in the state of Florida and received the award Wednesday morning at a ceremony in his high school.

Congrats to Ray. He joins recent Florida Mr. Basketball winners Nick Calathes and Chris Richard.
