Hello from the Appalachian mountains

Greetings, as some of you are aware, our football teams will engage in a sporting contest this weekend 30 minutes past high noon.

I myself was an App fan before the National Championships and before Michigan so I have seen all our recent successes, from our first National Title in 2005 all the way to our sixth-straight SoCon Championship this past Saturday.

Now before some of the more brash members of the App Nation make their way over here, I will say we're riding a wave after the game this past weekend. This past weekend we looked better than we have all season, demolishing a Wofford team that was equal to us before the weekend (think Vanderbilt if they got really good).

We don't expect to have a good game and cash a check later. We expect to win and then cash the check later. We know the odds aren't in our favor, but we're kind of use to it. And we sincerely hope the Gators are looking forward to Florida State.
