Just go here ....... espn.360.com ...... Once you are on the web site it will auto identify if you are offered the service by your provider...
I subscribe to text message alerts from ESPN mobile on AT&T wireless. If you have AT&T, just go to your mobile web, click on sports, edit your teams, and subscribe to the text messages. I get a text each quarter, plus after each score. On my wife's iPhone, I can even follow the GameTrax.

You need a plug i think, for me we have a decent size monitor so i can just watch 360 on there. Sometimes ill watch 360 and watch the game on tv at the same time, its so sweet.
