    Darrell Lamont Jackson played wide receiver for Steve Spurrier's Florida Gators from 1997 to 1999. Darell came to Gainesville from Tampa Bay Catholic, where he was named to the FHSAA All Century Team. In his junior year of 1999, he was the featured receiver in Spurrier's Fun N' Gun offense, where he racked up 67 REC for 1156 YDS (17.3 AVG) and 9 TD. He was named to the first team All SEC and third team All American squads for his efforts.
