What does Lane Kiffin’s departure mean for the Florida Gators?

    i dont know if its good or bad....some of those usc recruits my change back now.....but we now might get some volunteer recruits...as i was just reading i think we lost prater to USC for kitten

    I'm not sure which I hate reading more, Volin's blog or that guy that keeps commenting, canesrule21.

    I am not concerned if Lame Kitten "steals" a couple recruits. Whether or not he left UT for USC, we were not going to get all the best recruits. It's all part of the game. If we cannot sell the Gator program well enough to attract the best talent, then we should look at recruiting better. Period.

    Lane leaving UT means nothing. Monte leaving UT means everything in my opinion.

    One thing that lame leaving will do is that the elite players in the "Muck Bowl" will favor the Gators.
    I'm glad he's gone, at least out there we won't here as much about him. Unless the NCAA investigation of uscE and his involvement in the Reggie Bush fiasco causes the media glare to be seen here too.
