After viewing the “fresh” (more like “rotten”!) rankings of the supposed “Top 25” released Sunday night, I finally give up on the whole damned system.
I’m not gonna even bother going down the list, noting the absurdities that now abound...It can only get worse from here.
So for the time being, at least for the rest of this season and pretty well until this stupid, corrupt mess is scrapped and a new playoff approach is designed and put into place, my only interest will be in the SEC and who emerges as ITS Champion in Atlanta at the end of the year.
The rest is hardly relevant: The SEC Champion IS “The Best In the Land”.
Period.
