Def have to give it up to pouncey, even though there were a few mistakes, it was a big improvement from last week.

Also, carl moore stepping UP as WR!!!! way to go finally...he made some great catches on some not so great throws...

Moody actually held on to the ball lol..

and DEMPS!!!!!(thats all I have to say about that)

LAST BUT NOT LEAST.... BENCH Butterfingers THOMPSON!!!! HE SUCKS...we kept throwing to him n the begining and it was killing our momentum, but once we started spreading the ball a lil more we got it together!!

Thompson did fine today, although Moore does seem like the go-to WR.

Debose was out there, but wasn't a Brantley target.

carl moore could turn into a nice big target for brantley. i want to see debose with the ball in his hands somehow. hand off, bubble screen, anything! lets see what he can do.

were we watchin the same game he might of had 6 catches but had prob 9 drops... he sux thats why tebow never threw to him!

and i dunno what to think about debose....he looked a little slow but they really havent let him do anything yet either....kinda like alot of hype for no reason

Redshirt junior Deonte Thompson tied his career high with five receptions in the first half, all for first downs.
Thompson finished the day with a new career-high six catches for a new career-high 83 yards

I don't want to be an apologist for DT but I still think he will get his head around what he's capable of and become a dependable asset to our receiving corps.

Well, up until' this season in his career he played for a qb who thought run first pass second (maybe) and when he did he looked for his roommate first. Although that roomie is the guy I would have been looking for first as well.
He hasn't changed my opinion...... about his upside

Tebow distributed the ball fairly at first, until he realized thompson drops 80% of whats thrown to him,thats when he started leaning on the reliables of hernandez,coop,demps, etc.

Same as brantley, in the first half he was looking for thomp every pass and he dropped ALOT! then we start spreadin it out and found out moore can catch as well as reed, rainey,demps....just my 2cents. I know Im not the only one who thinks this

Seriously. I can't stand DT either. don't get me wrong. I wanted him to do well this year. I wanted him be the deep threat. I gave him a ton of chances last year. but time over time over time he's proven he's VERY UNRELIABLE as a receiver. He needs to be benched and let other plays on the field that can catch...

Chill. That wasn't a drop in the first game. He dropped two balls. I'll admit He needs to catch with his hands and not with his body. Brantley seems comfortable with him so it doesn't really matter what we think. DT will be fine. After the first game last year he caught everything.

Chill. he didn't suck last last year. After the first game or two he caught everything thrown to him. He had two drops this year. He'll get it together. There hasn't been much of a rhythm this year especially in the passing game.
