Tebow not unanimous 1st team All-SEC

If it wasn't Kiffykins, it was likely either Nick Saban or better yet, Steve Spurrier. I wouldn't hold it against SOS to pull a stunt like that.

I have to say it was Houston Nutt, since the only other QB to get a vote other than Tebow was Jevan Snead. I can't blame Nutt, Snead is a great QB and you should always pump up your players, especially with all the hype surronding the Rebels this year.

Coaches can't vote for their own players. So I don't see how it could be Nutt, since I assume Snead got the vote that Tebow didn't get.

Spurrier has seen Tebow destroy his team twice and I think Spurrier respects him. I really don't think it was him. And Kiffin has said that he didn't do it either.

I haven't seen his name mentioned, but I wouldn't put it beyond Richt. But right now, I'd still have to think it was Saban.

Probably Nutt. He probably put his QB first on the ballot. I don't blame him either, Snead has great potential. This whole brouhaha about TT being a unanimous pick, IMHO is moot.
Just ask yourself " What would Tim do?"
probably thank everybody, god bless and move on......

^^ As someone already corrected me on this thread, it couldn't have been Nutt, b/c coaches aren't allowed to vote for their own players. Since it has already been made public that Snead was the only other QB to get a vote you can sratch Nutt off that list. (I know that's a funny quote...) I guess I would hae to go with Richt, or maybe even Kiffin. I still can't believe a word he says.

I'm gonna have to change the way the threads display.....
So I can at least scan the earlier posts, my bad.
Yet, even though he couldn't vote for snead he could have still not voted for TT. So I'm not gonna scratch my nutt
comment.

Well Saban said he did.

I didn't see where Spurrier said he did publicly but I had it down to 3: Spurrier, Miles or Chizik. If we can throw out Spurrier it's either Miles or Chizik.

I just wrote a blog on this and put my bets on Miles.

Chizik's a newcomer, so he shouldn't really have a beef with UF (unless it's over that silly recruiting nonsense with the "limo").

To the best of my knowledge, Miles and Meyer have never had any major disagreements, so I doubt it was him.

Perhaps it could be SOS; even though Robbie Andreu doesn't think it was him he's remained silent on this question so far. If indeed it was him, that's rather petty behavior on his part.

If that turns out to be true, it will be the first time for an
Orange and BlueBlood suffering from GatorEnvy!
