Does Christian Ponder scare you?

So far this season, Ponder has 1747 yards, 12 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He also has 390 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns.

He's not a Heisman type QB... but I think he's much better then what we've faced at FSU the past 4-5 years.

Here's a video of him throwing a 50 yard touchdown. Looks like he has a nice arm and FSU might try to go deep on us.

Let's see how well he performs against OUR defense, especially if we apply pressure to the QB as we have been doing since the LSU win.

i predict that number to go up when we play them. sure he has 12 td's but almost as many int's.

he is a a dangerous qb, but with our D i have no fear.

Out of the top 100 qb's in the nation he ranks 79th in passing efficiency.......

when you have almost have more interceptions than touchdowns they shouldnt be much of a threat. FLA defense is a threat to christian ponder cause at the end of the game ponder will have more ints than touchdowns.

Normally yes, but our defensive line is banged up, so getting pressure on Ponder will required an extra man blitzing (so less coverage) or he'll simply just get more time in the pocket.
