Dan Mullen and Christian Robinson took to the skies over Georgia for their latest recruiting trip by landing on the high school football field for an in-school visit! McEachern High School, Georgia is the home of a couple 2020/ 2021 that the Gators are targeting.

Jamil Burroughs. 2020 DT. Committed to UGA. 6-2 280. #4 DT in the nation.

Carlos Del Rio. 2021 QB. Uncommitted. 6-2 205. No ranked yet.

I've read comments over the last coupla weeks, from potential recruits at the above campus and elsewhere, that went into detail regarding similar impressed reaction and excitement at Mullens' arrival on their campuses. And it WASN'T just "the helicopter", either: It was the fact, the presence of The MAN--yes, his reputation, fame and friendly charisma, but by all accounts he and his hard-working, much-travelled coaches didn't, HAVEN'T disappointed either.
We're not just GETTING a growing group of great talent committing early, but this very "star-powered" enthusiasm has me more confident than usual that we may in fact KEEP the bulk of 'em. And add MORE, as this growing snowball rolls downhill!
Things are starting to shape up for us being like a runaway freight train by this time NEXT year:
If the 2019 season is another STEP UP, even short of a Championship one but at least in the playoff race and the MIDDLE of the SEC decision, what is already coalescing into a top recruiting haul will begin to feed on itself, that "I wanna go where the ACTION is"-effect more and more intensifying a feeling of deepening inevitability:
This is how it happens now...The 2nd decade of the 21st century can be OURS!
