Oh yeah--right in front of the ref, if anything they BOTH get the flags, offsetting, right?...but the homer gives it to us, literally, swings the game back to them the only way it COULD be swung at that point, ie. with the help of the officials...Oh MAN I remember our frustration and disgust--but this is also an eg. of how it is to be a Gator, and why we have to play SMARTER than the other guys--as this team is hopefully STARTING to learn to do (we began with the same old stupid penalty mistakes in the 1st qrtr at Kyle last Sat., but got things under control after that and it was THEY who made the crucial mistakes, got the dumb penalties). Still, we have to be EXTRA smart and self-controlled: we're gonna be in tight games in these SEC-stadiums where the rules and what actually happened on the field will have little to do with what a biased crew WANTS to see and how they call the game--we'll get screwed a few times anyway (expect 1 or 2 absurd calls THIS weekend), so winning may well depend on staying cool, sharp, playing within ourselves and not retaliating--it's so much better to wait 'til the end, smile and point to the scoreboard...THEN throw your helmut in the air, scream, whoop and holler what in-bred moronic fecal-eaters they all are! (Oh, and if you should happen to inadvertently trip a linesman or step on a back judge's instep as he walks from the field AFTER the game, say "Excuse me!"--WE'LL do the cheering and hooting on your behalf...)

TO be Fair, Dallas Baker shouldn't have stuck the UT guy but the side judge saw both guys slap each other, he should have thrown the flag on both guys not just Baker. Also the officials stopped the clock when they shouldn't. Also this was a year after the officials help FSU win that game and don't get me started with those games in Auburn in 2006 and 2011. If Muschamp would have been the coach that game, I bet would you have been ejected defending Baker. I know I would have been and possibly banned from coaching.

Exactly...Me too--When it comes to these periodic Gator-shaft-jobs-on-national-TV, I'm from the Coach Will, "Ratso Rizzo"-school of over-the-top, no-regard-for-tomorrow-OR-what-the-rest-of-the-world-thinks-of-me public freak-outs. It's one more reason I LIKE our current Head Coach, and why I was GLAD to see our OC losing-it up there in the booth--to me it makes a lot more sense, is more real and satisfying to know and SEE the men in charge take this stuff even harder than we do. They OUGHT to, and I don't want 'em denying it and trying to act like machines.
