I'm sure it wasn't her call because I'm sure she kept heard from the S--teye fans (suckeyes, F---eyes, whatever) on Twitter and facebook and I'm sure she had enough. Also Jon Gruden's son said that his dad wouldn't take a coaching gig before he (the son) finishes high school. She's not the only kid of a coach to speak out about the rumors.

I can understand her frustration. I followed Urban Meter and both of his kids on twitter and noticed she got a lot of direct harassment (people texting her), and plenty of trolls tweeting Urban and calling him out. She and all of Urban's followers get to read that, and it is a lot to filter out. One day I had no fewer than 20 tweets mentioning Urban going to replace Tressel. I understand that is a consequence of being famous on twitter, but that is a modern form of harassment. It got bad enough for me to unfollow both Meyer kids. I am tempted to unfollow Urban just to clear up my twitter feed.
