Reidel Clarence Anthony played wide receiver for Steve Spurrier's Florida Gators from 1994 to 1996. He was the epitome of a Fun N' Gun receiver. As a freshman, he caught an 87-yard touchdown pass from Eric Kresser in the homecoming game, as well as many other electrifying catches on the way to three SEC championships. In the Gators' national championship season, he led the SEC with 1293 receiving yards at 18 yards per catch while setting the SEC record with 18 touchdown catches. Reidel and his 'twin brother', Ike Hilliard, were both first team All SEC and Consensus All American in 1996. He finished his illustrious career with 126 receptions for 2274 yards and 26 touchdowns. He was the 16th overall pick for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 1997 NFL Draft. He was inducted into the University of Florida Athletic Hall of Fame in 2009.
