The "Face of Florida Football", former Gator DB Vernell Brown, is back on campus as the Director of Player Development. Vernell is a Gainesville native (Gainesville High School) and was a Class 5A first-team all-state QB and Gainesville High School state champion basketball team. Vernell played RB, DB, and PR for Ron Zook and Urban Meyer from 2002 to 2005. Welcome home, Vernell!
