17 former Gators participated in Florida’s pro day, including:
  • LB Alex Anzalone
  • QB Austin Appleby
  • DL Caleb Brantley
  • DL Bryan Cox Jr.
  • LB Jarrad Davis
  • WR Ahmad Fulwood
  • RB Mark Herndon
  • DB Michael Iorio
  • DL Joey Ivie
  • K Neil "the Dentist" MacInnes
  • DB Marcus Maye
  • LB Daniel McMillian
  • DE Mark Norvelis
  • OL David Sharpe
  • DB Teez Tabor
  • WR Chris Thompson
  • DB Quincy Wilson
Jarrad Davis was considered the highlight of the event with a 4.56 in the 40-yard dash, a 129″ broad jump and a 38.5″ vertical jump. Both of those jump numbers would have led all linebackers at this year’s NFL combine.

Teez Tabor posted a rather dismal 4.73 in the 40-yard dash and a 32" vertical.

Safety Marcus Maye posted a 33.5″ vertical jump.

Quincy Wilson did not participate in athletic drills, but he did wow the scouts in performance drills, including a one handed catch.

Wow Tabor! That's going to hurt him in the draft with his 40 time. I saw that three Gators were consider first rounders at mock draft.

Agreed. Back in 2010, Joe Haden posted a 4.57, which was slow compared to other DBs in the draft, but he had a 35" vertical and performed well in the other drills (3-cone, broad jump, 20-yard shuttle).

Before Pro Day and the Combine, scouts predicted three Gators could go in round 1. Now many have backed off and are only putting Jarrad Davis in round 1.

Haden ended up one of the only First Round draft picks that worked out for the Cleveland Browns since their return. Guessing Quincy Wilson still 50-50. Tabor is highly unlikely.
