Comin’ at ya on a sunny Saturday morning from the Magic City……..
First off, HUGE congrats go out to our Gator baseball team for winning the regular season SEC title; here’s hoping they can make it back to Omaha for the CWS. Congrats to Jeff Demps on his stellar track season; can’t wait to see him back in action on the football field this fall! Any topic seems to be fair game in the offseason, so why not the college coaches’ hot seat list for 2010?

Still I’m planning to follow the game online (wish ESPN was televising it); one of the most popular Gator sites is carrying live updates from what I’ve heard.
Glad to see Coach Meyer’s enjoying himself and having fun coaching the Gators; based on a speech he made this week to the team reiterating …

Yesterday, Urban Meyer offered an apology to the Orlando Sentinel’s Jeremy Fowler following the confrontation that took place on the practice field Wednesday over Fowler’s having taken the words of WR Deonte Thompson out of context. As much as I feel that Coach Meyer did nothing wrong and contrition was unnecessary on his part – I still support him 100% in this matter – he acted in the best interests of Gator Football having done so. Once again, Meyer was only doing what he could to protect his …
